How We Built 5 Business Websites with Automated SEO in One Weekend

We used Claude Code to build and deploy 5 complete business websites with full SEO pipelines, automated content generation, lead capture, and sitemap submission in a single weekend. Here is exactly how we did it.

We run five businesses. Each one needs a website, SEO content, lead capture, sitemap management, and ongoing content updates. Hiring a dev team for each would cost six figures. Doing it manually would take months.

We did it in a weekend using Claude Code.

This is not a hypothetical. This is not a "what if." We literally built, deployed, and indexed five production websites in two days. Here is the stack, the process, and what we learned.

The Five Sites

SleftPayments (sleftpayments.com) - Payment processing consulting. Astro + Vite. 600+ indexed pages including 250+ city-specific service pages. Now generating 81K+ impressions/month.

SleftAI (sleftai.com) - AI automation services. Vite + React SPA. 45 blog posts, lead capture, case studies.

Sleft Signals (sleftsignals.com) - Healthcare referral intelligence. Next.js 15. Full dashboard with auth plus public blog.

Icebreakers (icebreakersapp.com) - Bar engagement app. Next.js 16 static export. Blog content targeting bar owners.

Restored by Randi (restoredbyrandi.com) - Post-mastectomy fitting service. Next.js 14 static export. Product guides, insurance content, virtual fitting.

Five completely different businesses. Five different tech stacks. Five different audiences. One person with Claude Code.

The Infrastructure

Every site shares a common backbone:

Lead capture routes through a single API endpoint at sleftpayments.com/api/lead-capture. It sends email notifications via SendGrid and stores leads in Airtable. Every form on every site POSTs to the same endpoint with a source field identifying which site the lead came from.

Airtable serves as the CRM. One base holds leads from sleftpayments, icebreakers, and restoredbyrandi. Sleft Signals has its own base.

Vercel deploys everything. Push to GitHub, Vercel builds and deploys automatically. No servers to manage.

Google Search Console tracks indexing and search performance. Each site has its own GSC property with sitemaps submitted and monitored.

The Content Engine

The real power is the automated content pipeline. We built a scraper infrastructure that feeds blog content with real, verifiable data:

Reddit scraper - Searches specific subreddits for pain-point keywords. For sleftpayments, it searches r/POS, r/smallbusiness, r/restaurantowners for "toast fees," "square account frozen," "payment processing fees." For sleftai, it searches r/Entrepreneur, r/freelance for "hiring receptionist," "AI chatbot business. We wrote about how AI chatbots are replacing $4,000/month receptionists with real case study data." The scraper outputs JSON with thread titles, scores, comments, and matched queries.

BLS wage scraper - Pulls occupational employment and wage data from bls.gov for roles AI can replace: receptionists ($37,230 median), medical secretaries ($44,640), customer service reps ($42,830). See our real cost comparison of AI vs human receptionists for the full breakdown. We published a complete breakdown of AI automation costs in 2026. This data backs every ROI claim in our blog content.

Google Trends scraper - Tracks rising search queries related to each business. "AI receptionist" up 500% year over year. "Toast POS alternatives" up 300%.

G2 and Capterra review scraper - Pulls competitor ratings and complaint themes. Intercom: 4. See our Intercom vs Drift vs Tidio comparison for pricing and feature breakdowns.5 stars, "expensive pricing." Drift: 4.4 stars, "very expensive for what you get." This feeds comparison content.

All scrapers output structured JSON to a central data directory. Blog posts reference this data directly. When we rerun the scrapers, we get fresh data. When we write new posts, we pull from the latest scrape.

The Process

Here is what a typical build session looks like:

Step 1: Scrape. Run all scrapers for the target business. Reddit pain points, BLS wages, Google Trends, competitor reviews. Takes 20-30 minutes per business.

Step 2: Write. Feed the scraped data into blog post generation. Each post cites real numbers, real Reddit threads, real review data. No made-up statistics. No vague claims.

Step 3: Build. Add posts to the site's data file, regenerate the sitemap, run the build. TypeScript catches any errors before deployment.

Step 4: Push. Git commit, git push. Vercel auto-deploys. The new pages are live in under a minute.

Step 5: Index. Submit the updated sitemap to Google Search Console. Monitor indexing progress. We got 286 pages indexed in 5 days on one site. We documented how we indexed 286 pages in 5 days for local SEO.

The entire cycle for adding 10 new blog posts to a site takes about an hour. That is research, writing, building, deploying, and submitting to Google.

What This Means for Your Business

Every business needs this infrastructure. Content that ranks. Lead capture that works. Automated pipelines that produce fresh content without manual effort.

The question is not whether you need it. The question is how long you keep paying agencies $5,000 a month to write three mediocre blog posts while we can build your entire content engine in a weekend.

If you want this kind of infrastructure for your business, let us build it for you. We will set up the scrapers, the content pipeline, the lead capture, the SEO, and the deployment. You focus on closing deals. The system handles everything else.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you build 5 websites in one weekend?

We use a reusable Next.js framework with pre-built components for headers, footers, contact forms, blog systems, and SEO infrastructure. Each new site requires customizing the content, branding, and integrations rather than building from scratch. Setup per site takes 3 to 4 hours.

How much does it cost to build a website with automated SEO?

Using our AI-powered approach, each website costs under $100 to build and about $20 per month to host on Vercel. Traditional web development agencies charge $3,000 to $15,000 per site. Ongoing SEO agencies charge $1,000 to $3,000 per month.

Does automated SEO actually work for new websites?

Yes. Our sites consistently reach meaningful Google impressions within 60 to 90 days of launch. One site went from zero to 111K impressions in 90 days. The key is having proper technical SEO, schema markup, and quality content from day one.

What tech stack do you use to build websites quickly?

We use Next.js for the framework, Tailwind CSS for styling, Vercel for hosting, and AI for content generation. This stack enables rapid development, excellent SEO performance, and near-zero hosting costs. Each site is production-ready with full SEO optimization.
