Who is this pilot for?
Service businesses that take appointments or customer inquiries, have capacity for more work, and want help managing their website, content, and follow-up. You will need someone who can provide business information, approve content, and handle questions that need a human. We assess the fit on the first call.
What does the 90-day commitment cost?
The pilot is $1,500 per month for an initial 90 days, billed monthly: a $4,500 total service commitment, with no setup fee. Hosting and routine maintenance are included. Third-party subscriptions, usage charges, and advertising spend are quoted and approved separately. We agree on the written scope before work begins.
How soon can we launch?
We agree on the launch timeline after reviewing your existing tools, required access, and available content. You review and approve the website, business answers, and follow-up messages before they go live. Search visibility and content results develop over time.
Can you work with my existing website and booking system?
We review what you already use first. We build on what works and replace what does not. If an existing system needs custom development or additional integrations, we scope and price that work separately before you commit.
Is this software I run myself?
This is a done-for-you service. Our team configures and manages the agreed tools, creates your content from the materials you provide, and reviews progress with you. A separate custom app is not included; any custom app development is scoped separately.
Are referral partners or Sleft Signals included?
We can discuss referral-partner research through Sleft Signals when it fits your business. It is optional and scoped separately. The standard pilot does not include a promised number of introductions, referrals, or partner relationships.
Do you guarantee leads or bookings?
No. We commit to the agreed deliverables and reporting. Results depend on factors including demand, your offer, existing traffic, customer response, and available capacity. The pilot helps us assess what customers use and what is worth improving.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the work, available results, and what your team actually uses. Any continuing service, scope, and pricing are agreed in writing. Hosting, tool access, and handover terms are also set out in the agreement before the pilot starts.
